From Elite Musician to Learning & Development Specialist
For most of my life, I have been surrounded by exceptionally high standards. Training and performing at that level taught me that exceptional performance is about much more than technical ability; it requires the continuous growth of the whole person.
Over time, I became increasingly curious about what allows people to thrive, overcome challenges, and reach their potential. That curiosity gradually took me from professional music into education, talent development, programme leadership, and Learning & Development. Today, I bring these perspectives together to create environments that help people grow and perform at their best.

Over time, I realised that I was particularly good at helping others develop. Teaching gave me a strong sense of usefulness and I became increasingly interested in what makes people grow.

I started playing the violin at three and eventually built my professional life around music.

Building a regional talent development programme from the ground up, creating progression pathways for exceptionally talented young musicians across multiple schools. Leading programme design, talent identification, assessment and progression in collaboration with educators and school leaders.

Cultuurhuis Heemskerk
Leading and developing a team of teachers through coaching, feedback and professional development, while coordinating learning and talent development for 50+ students. Working with educators, leadership and families on progression, assessment and individual development.

OnAlti Academy
Founded and led an international talent development programme across four editions, bringing together 100+ participants and 40+ faculty from around the world. Designed the learning experience and led faculty, partnerships, programme delivery and operations.
